spritiual maturity

hey y'all!
its wednesday. i love wednesdays. me & candace have named it "church day" haha. and its great. candace is now known as my sister. haha. mitchells a goofball, as always. he had me laughin so hard when my hairband whent flying across the yotuh room and his face. it was soo funny. hes like "...oops..." haha.
so i did my devotion on gaining spritual maturity. 1 Corinthians 13:11 says, "When i was a child, i talked like a child, i thought like a child, i reasoned like a child. When i became a man, i put childish ways behind me." the path to spritual maturity unfolds each and every day. and each day offers the oportunity to worship God or to rebel against him. when we worship him in all that we do we are blessed by our relationship with God. if we ignore him, we rob ourselves of his blessings. everyday offers the opportunity for spritiual growth. we can do this by obeying his word, seeking his will, and walking with his Son. Billy Graham said, "The born-again Christian sees life not as a blurred, confused, meaningless mass, but as something planned and purposeful." and i agree. when we accept Jesus, life makes sense. we all have a purpose in life that Jesus wants us to fufill. and we do that by following his plan. and my devotion book says something i really liked, it said, "Spiritual maturity is a journey, not a destination." which is true. b/c can we ever stop growing spiritually? i think not. the Bible teaches us lots of wonderful things, and we can never stop leaning from it. God always has something new that he wants us to learn. all we have to do is seek it.
i love y'all!
God Bless!
