hey y'all!
today was alright. b-day and dance class, bleh. but otherwise it was good. i have no homework, so im excited about that. haha. im talkin to candace right now, b/c we're bored & yeah. haha. shes a cool kid. haha :]
well i did my devotion on being a cheerful Christian! Proverbs 15:15 says, The cheerful heart has a continual feast." the weirdest thing ever is a grumpy Christian. Christ promises us lives of abundance and & joy but he doesnt force this on us. we have to claim his joy ourselves when we do Jesus will fill our spirts with his power & his love. to recieve Christs joy we need to give him our hearts & our souls. when we commit ourselves to Jesus & place him in the center of our lives & turst him he will transform us so that we can share his joy with the entire world!! do you need cheering up? well make someone else happy! b/c that will brighten your day too. next time your sad, just remember, Jesus is there! and he died for you! to give you an eternal life in heaven with him. when you know that, you have absolutely NOTHING to be sad about!! so my question tonight is...are you going to give Jesus your heart and experience the joy only He can bring?!
i love y'all!
God Bless!

Critical question - since I know you like these so much - can you be sad and have the joy of the Lord at the same time? Is there a difference between joy and happiness? Just to give you someting to think about.
I can answer for you.Unlike so many blogs yours is always joyful and not complaining and is uplifting to all.
No matter what kind of day you have had you always lift up the Lord and our Church. You stay the way you are and you will always have the REAL JOY
in everything.Remember what our Pastor said Sunday "WE SHOULD WITNESS EVERYWHERE WE GO AND SOMETIMES WE MIGHT HAVE TO USE WORDS"
Your life is a witness.
